Heights Aerial Media provides professional drone infrastructure inspections across the Tri-State area — New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Drone inspections eliminate the need for costly scaffolding, rope access, bucket trucks, and lane closures, delivering higher-resolution visual data in a fraction of the time and at significantly lower cost.
Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots are trained for close-proximity inspections of complex structures in urban environments, including controlled airspace operations in and around New York City.
What We Inspect
Heights Aerial Media performs drone-based inspections on bridges and overpasses, transmission lines and utility towers, cell towers and communication masts, building facades and rooftops, chimneys and smokestacks, solar arrays and wind turbines, retaining walls and marine structures, and industrial facilities and tank farms. If it's hard to reach by conventional means, a drone can likely get there.
Every inspection includes 4K visual documentation — high-resolution photos and video of defects, deterioration, corrosion, and structural anomalies. We also offer thermal imaging for detecting heat anomalies, moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots, energy loss in building envelopes, and delamination in roofing membranes. Thermal drone inspections are especially valuable for flat commercial roofs, electrical substations, and building energy audits.
After every inspection, clients receive a full annotated photo and video report, GPS-tagged defect location data, a written summary of observed conditions, and a cloud-delivered media package within 48 hours. Our reports are formatted for use by engineers, facility managers, insurance adjusters, and regulatory agencies.
